Business Process ReviewBusiness strategy is the main driver for business process management (BPM) and IT often enables a business strategy. As a result software business process re-engineering may run alongside software application development either as a driver or alternatively providing the occaision for BPM and IT / business alignment.
A business process review allows the identification of key areas where operational inefficiencies exist and highlights opportunities to rethink how the business serves the customer.
