Our client had developed a successful system for the audit and management of Service Level Agreements on major e-banking and e-commerce systems. To fulfil a customer requirement the system was required to be ported from Unix to MS Windows.
We sourced, designed and managed an offshore project to carry out the port using partners in India .

A successful use of offshore resources. The client did not need to solicit and vet potential partners as the groundwork had been done. Our offshore management processes kept the project smoothly on track for an on-budget and within timescale delivery. Our client was able to deliver to customer need without building internal skills in the new technology platform.
