Project SummaryThe business, in collaboration with IT, undertakes overview business requirements capture and acceptance criteria for the proposed business benefit providing an understanding of scope, urgency, benefits, risks and proposed quality standards and controls for the work. This is documented and presented to the authorising parties for the authorisation of a project.
The project summary also describes a plan of the next steps which will be taken if the project is approved.
