Our workshops are designed as the ideal “kick-off” event for a development team or department about to embark on a new project or initiative. Normally planned to last a half-day they are facilitated by 2 or 3 of our senior consultants. The workshops focus is on communicating goals and objectives, anticipating challenges and exploring tactics to adopt to reduce risk and enhance the efficient and successful achievement of objectives. They also provide the structure and common understanding to improve visibility and management of the undertaking.
